Job Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of PA or a PT Compact State.
- Must reside or plan to reside within 45 minutes of the Philadelphia airport.
- 3 years of experience
- Outpatient Orthopedics or Occupational Health experience is preferred.
- Strong independent clinical judgment and triage (red/yellow flag awareness)
- Comfortable engaging with employees at all levels, including leadership
- Willingness to travel and support multiple worksites
- OCS a plus
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
