Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide concierge-style consults for employees at partner worksites through virtual visits and quarterly on-site travel. This role focuses on early intervention, first-aid–level evaluations, and clinical triage rather than traditional ongoing patient care. Ideal for a PT who values autonomy, flexibility, relationship-building, and variety. Hybrid schedule with 25–33% travel, competitive salary, bonus potential, and full benefits.
Job Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of TX or a PT Compact State
- Must reside or plan to reside within 45 minutes of the Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, or New Orleans airports
- 3 years of experience
- Outpatient Orthopedics or Occupational Health experience is preferred
- Strong independent clinical judgment and triage (red/yellow flag awareness)
- Comfortable engaging with employees at all levels, including leadership
- Willingness to travel and support multiple worksites
- OCS a plus
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
