Job Description
Bonny's Equipment Rentals is seeking a reliable, safety-focused, and experienced CDL Class A Driver to deliver and pick up rental equipment for our customers. Equipment includes excavators, track loaders, skid steers, scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, and other construction equipment.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver heavy equipment to customer job sites
- Load and unload equipment from trailers using proper safety procedures
- Operate heavy equipment for loading, unloading, and positioning
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Ensure equipment is operating properly before and after delivery
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Perform basic maintenance and report any major mechanical issues
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of trucks and trailers
- Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A License (Required)
- Minimum 1 years of heavy equipment operating experience required
- Experience operating excavators, skid steers, track loaders, aerial lifts, and similar construction equipment
- Hoisting License (Required)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to safely load, unload, and secure equipment on trailers
- Experience operating track trailers
- Knowledge of manual and electronic equipment controls
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
