What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bread Baker at Local Bakery position at Bonny Breads?
Schedule is 3 am start time and involves Saturday and Sunday shifts!
We are seeking to add a creative, energetic, and engaged team member to our bakery team! We are seeking to foster a positive environment of conscientious bakers who enjoy the craft of making real bread and want to be a part of an ever-improving team. This role will be ideal for someone who has a passion for bread and is always chasing the perfect bake!
Responsibilities:
-Bread Shaping
-Bread Mixing
-Dough Mixing for properly balanced dough
-Manage the temperature and proofing of dough with folds
-Taking Responsibility for brisk work pace, accuracy, and achieving as high standards as you can. The ideal candidate would have an interest in how the processes work and desire to see each product come out as good as possible.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must. The right candidate should able to communicate clearly with management as well as coworkers.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
