ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Bonny Bird - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. In addition to providing excellent service, you will play an active role in supporting agency growth by recognizing opportunities to pivot conversations toward sales, identifying gaps in coverage, and recommending additional insurance products that meet customers' needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests while delivering a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify gaps in existing insurance coverage and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Recognize opportunities to pivot service conversations into sales opportunities by offering additional products that benefit customers. Support agency growth by building customer relationships and contributing to sales goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service and building lasting customer relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Comfortable identifying sales opportunities, discussing coverage options, and recommending additional products.
- Able to balance customer service responsibilities with sales expectations.
- Previous customer service experience preferred; sales experience is a plus.
