Responsibilities
- Create and maintain supportive, healing-centered environments for individuals and families using culturally responsive, evidence-informed practices
- Engage in active listening and collaborate to develop personalized healing and wellness plans that support individual growth
- Assess needs and adapt support strategies to provide safe, effective, and responsive care
- Document client interactions and progress with accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail in shared wellness records
- Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional boundaries while fostering trust and respect in all interactions
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related mental health field required; active licensure as an LCSW (or equivalent) with ability to practice independently and manage a consistent caseload
- Demonstrated clinical experience in hospital or community health settings, including diagnostic evaluations, patient assessments, group therapy, and case management; familiarity with medical terminology and records systems required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams while providing compassionate, culturally responsive care to diverse populations
- Proven ability in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care, including experience with PTSD and crisis management techniques
- Experience working with children and families is highly valued, particularly in pediatric, school-based, or special education settings; familiarity with play therapy, or other child-centered approaches is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information
- Training in or willingness to be trained in integrative, trauma-focused modalities such as Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, or Brainspotting
Pay: $35,000.00 - $72,800.00 per year
