  • Color correct, retouch, crop, and prepare product and lifestyle photography for web, email, social, ads, and print.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and internal team to review proofs, finalize assets, and maintain consistency with Bonnie Clyde’s visual standards.

  • Strong typography, layout, composition, and image-treatment skills.
  • Strong visual taste and ability to understand what feels brand-right.
  • Ability to design across multiple formats, including web, email, social, ads, packaging, retail, print, and presentations.
  • Comfortable working from creative direction, but able to bring ideas and references to the table.
  • Strong research habits and interest in fashion, art, music, design, culture, photography, and visual trends.
  • Able to move quickly, take feedback directly, and revise without ego.
  • Organized with design files, templates, exports, references, and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a small team environment where responsibilities may shift and the role may support broader creative needs
