Ice Cream Shop Team Member

Looking for a role where you can bring smiles to people’s faces every day? Bonnie Brae Ice Cream is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our crew. If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy working in a fun and fast-paced environment, and have at least one year of experience, we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for staff that are available during the day Monday to Friday. Hours available on the weekends as well.

As a Team Member at Bonnie Brae Ice Cream, you’ll play an essential role in creating a memorable experience for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude. - Taking and preparing orders with care and precision. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the shop. - Assisting with inventory and restocking supplies as needed. - Collaborating with your teammates to ensure smooth operations.

We’re searching for individuals who are: - Experienced: At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role. - Customer-Focused: You enjoy interacting with people and providing exceptional service. - Team-Oriented: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always ready to lend a hand. - Reliable and Professional: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are must-haves. - Adaptable: You can handle a fast-paced environment with a smile.
