Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Pay: $24 - $25 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 4pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm (some OT required)

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist , you'll role purpose . You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll Do
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist , you will be responsible for
- Gathering billing information and generating invoices promptly and accurately
- Applying cash receipts, monitoring account balances, and supporting clean ledger activity
- Corresponding with customers and internal teams regarding billing and payment status
- Maintaining detailed records and reconciling accounts regularly
- Assisting with other accounting tasks as needed
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 4 years of recent Accounts Receivable experience (candidates without direct AR experience won't be considered)
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Lisbon and offers Monday through Friday hours with occasional overtime required. You'll be seated for long periods and may walk around the facility as needed; closed-toe shoes and hearing protection are required when visiting the production floor.
