Job Title: Account Manager

Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (Monday–Friday)

Start Date: ASAP

As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and growing client relationships. You’ll collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop strategies that support long-term success. Your ability to identify opportunities and deliver value-driven solutions will contribute directly to business growth and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients through effective account management practices.
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand service offerings.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of products or services.
• Supporting planning and coordination efforts to meet customer expectations and timelines.
• Conducting regular business reviews and sharing insights with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Serving as a primary point of contact for account-related communication and documentation.
• Identifying potential risks and proactively developing solutions.
• Providing support for order management or service coordination as needed.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• MUST be a US Citizen to be considered
• MUST HAVE experience working in the aerospace industry to be considered.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–6 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role.
• Experience with forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar business tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.

Location & Schedule

This is an on-site position based in the Norway, ME area,, with standard hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional travel may be required to support business needs.
