Garage Door Lead Technician

• Install, repair, and service residential garage doors and openers
• Diagnose the issues and complete repairs efficiently
• Perform spring replacements, track adjustments, and system troubleshooting
• Manage daily job execution, including planning, routing, and completing service calls
• Ensure all work meets company standards and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate directly with customers regarding work performed and recommendations
• Complete work orders, job notes, and required documentation
• Assist in setting up processes, tools, and best practices for the department
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• C-28 Lock and Security Equipment Contractor License Required
• Minimum of three (3) years of residential garage door installation and service experience required
• Prior lead technician experience with garage door installation or service
• Strong technical knowledge of garage door systems and troubleshooting
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Salary : $80,000 - $150,000
