Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement:

Analyzing current production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Workplace Layout and Workflow Design:

Creating diagrams and plans for optimal workspace layout, material handling, and machine placement.

  • Data Collection and Analysis:

Gathering data on production processes through time studies, surveys, and observations, and analyzing it to identify areas for improvement.

  • Equipment and Process Planning:

Assisting in the design and planning of new equipment, processes, or production lines.

  • Technical Documentation:

Preparing reports, drawings, diagrams, and other documents to support engineering projects and processes.

  • Quality Control:

Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.

  • Collaboration:

Working with engineers, supervisors, and other staff to ensure smooth and efficient production.
