Qualifications:
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSA qualified candidate's resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience 1) analyzing an organization's business processes to document current and future states and recommend process improvements; 2) applying project management principles to monitor project timelines and milestones, prepare project deliverables, and facilitate communication between technical and business teams; and 3) assisting in the implementation of business or technology projects by assessing change impacts, communicating with affected user groups, and helping to develop standard operating procedures or training guides.
"Experience" refers to paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. - Lead collaborative workshops to map out our current business processes and design the future, creating a clear path forward for enhanced capabilities and efficiency.
