Your Role
As the Director of First Impressions, you are responsible for creating a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience for every patient.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and check in patients while creating a positive first impression
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Answer phones and respond to patient communications promptly
- Ensure patient information is accurate and up to date
- Support providers and team members with clear, professional communication
- Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction
