Job Summary
Bonneville Countertops is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Fabricator/Installer to join our growing team. This position involves fabricating, transporting, and installing granite, quartz, quartzite, and other stone countertops for residential and commercial projects. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
This position is classified as a contractor role, and a W-9 form is required for tax reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Must be a legal resident authorized to work in the United States
- Countertop fabrication and installation experience is a plus, but not required
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials safely
- Ability to read measurements and use basic hand tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Assist with fabrication of stone countertops according to specifications
- Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely
- Load, transport, and unload countertop materials
- Assist with installation of countertops, backsplashes, and related components
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with other shop and installation duties as needed
This position generally averages 30–40 hours per week. Hours may vary from week to week based on project schedules and customer demand. Bonneville Countertops is a fast-growing company in Cache Valley, providing opportunities for motivated employees to grow with our team as the business continues to expand.
Pay ranges from $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. We value hard work and craftsmanship, and compensation will be based on each candidate's relevant experience and ability to contribute to our growing team.
