CDL DRIVER
Job Description
Summary: Dispense and distribute materials. May assist other drivers and craft workers.
Essential Functions:
- Schedule, pick-up and delivery loads
- Secure loads and follow safety guidelines
- Communicate with Supervisor/Manager daily
- Assist with other tasks when necessary
- Perform all duties in conformance with appropriate safety and security standards
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must possess and maintain a valid State of Florida CDL Class A, minimum 3yrs.
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade School, or the equivalent preferred
- Reliability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Safety-minded
- Ability to work under strenuous conditions
- Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time, and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
