We’re looking for an Office Administrator who brings professionalism, organization, and great energy to our front office.
As the Office Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and a key support for our technicians and management team. You’ll keep the office running smoothly, ensure customers feel taken care of, and help maintain the efficiency that Bonnell’s Auto Glass is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and over the phone with a friendly, professional attitude
- Schedule appointments for auto glass repairs, replacements, and mobile service
- Communicate with insurance companies and assist customers with claim processing * Prepare work orders and ensure accurate documentation for each job
- Coordinate daily workflow between the office and technicians
- Support management with reports, customer follow‑ups, and administrative projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office, customer service, or administrative role
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft Office
- Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented
- Experience in automotive, insurance, or service‑based businesses is a plus.
