SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: 6:30 PM- 6:30 AM/3-days on/ 3-days off
STARTING PAY: $23.50/ hour, with the ability to earn more

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Set up and operate casting machines to produce aluminum products according to specifications.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and flow rates of molten aluminum during the casting process.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Adjust machine settings and parameters to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance on casting equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.
- Document production data, including output volumes and any issues encountered during the process.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
- The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/ or move up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Specific vision abilities required by this job included close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
