Bookkeeper - Customer Service representative needed for a full-time position (approx. 35 - 40 hours/week). Experience a must.
We seek a Bookkeeper/Customer Service person with a positive attitude, dependability, the ability to follow directions, and a team player. Attention to detail and customer service is paramount.
Bookkeeper responsibilities:
- Enter daily payables/receivables
- Verify, allocate, and post transactions
- Reconcile monthly bank accounts through QuickBooks
- Maintain chart of accounts
- Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
- Submit quarterly State and monthly City sales tax forms
- Responsible to ensure that daily office tasks run smoothly
Customer Representative responsibilities:
- Answer telephone and questions from customers
- Correspondence through emailing with customers
- Process web and telephone orders
- Process returns and claims
- There may be some sales calls required
Minimum of 2 years of experience using QuickBooks in bookkeeping. Experience in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is a must
- Keen attention to detail
- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Well-developed oral and written communication
Salary : $22 - $25
