Welder

BonnaVilla is seeking a Welder to join the Chief team. This position performs the welding process on all phases of frame assembly.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather, measure , cut and load steel beams into frame jig.
• Set steel beams into proper position and weld together into place.
• Gather, measure, cut and install gas lines onto frame.
• Paint frame.
• Advance understanding of blue prints, production orders and the ability to layout and build product accurately from them.
• Required to use staple & nail guns, power tools, hand tools, measuring devices and other equipment as required by the specific job.
• Inspect tires, axles, and frames to make sure they are road ready.

Education:

• High School Diploma, or GED, preferred

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

• Experience in the welding process (1-2 years).
• Ability to read a tape measure and blue prints. 
• Required to layout product accurately based on blueprints.
