What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Construction - Plumbing Tester position at BonnaVilla?
Performs all of the plumbing tests on the plumbing systems of each unit. This position also helps with other plumbing responsibilities as requested by immediate supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Required to read a tape measure and blue prints.
- Performs the flood / drain tests on the plumbing system of each unit.
- Performs air / waterline tests on the plumbing system of each unit.
- Assemble and installs water closets.
- Repair all holes and tears in the underside of the home.
- Hook up drain and water lines on sinks.
- Install plugs and bypasses for testing.
- Install shower arms on all showers.
- Complete all computer work.
Education:
- High School Diploma, or GED preferred

Experience
Required- Experience with construction methods and the use of a large variety of construction tools is required.
- Required to have the knowledge and ability to perform testing and quality control checks on construction operations.
- Plumbing knowledge is required.
