Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, such as organizing supplies or handling basic food handling duties under supervision.
- Support the catering and banquet teams by providing clean dishes and utensils for events and large gatherings.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials to keep the workspace tidy and compliant with environmental policies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate dishwashing schedules during peak service times to ensure seamless operations.

Experience
