Under supervision, working in conjunction with the CW II or School Kitchen Manager. Assist in preparation, heating and serving of school meals. Maintain a clean and sanitary food service area. Responsible for preparing and distributing meals to comply with all mandated school meal programs.

- Sanitation and safety principles applicable to food serving and kitchen maintenance
- Basic kitchen utensils and equipment EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School or equivalent
- Some experience in quantity food preparation and kitchen maintenance is desirable
- Food service handler’s certificate required
