Job description
Bonita Springs Poker Room and Sports Challenge America is looking for Security Agents to join our growing team!
- Conducts him or herself in accordance with all Department of Business and Professional Regulation standards and the Company’s internal policies and procedures.
- Patrols Poker Room and grounds to establish security presence and reports all unusual situations and suspicious persons.
- Monitors through inspection and observations all activities within the facility.
- Observes, records and reports any unusual incidents and occurrences including medical situations.
- Provides excellent customer service to ensure positive guest experiences.
- Knowledgeable of all current marketing events happening to promote and assist our patrons.
- Stands post to ensure alertness in the Poker Room.
- All other duties assigned.
Work Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- Class ‘D’ License preferable.
- 2 years of previous security experience required.
- Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Must be able to stand for long duration of time.
- Must be able to respond calmly to emergency situations.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
