Community Patrol Officer (Swing Shift)
Location: Bonita Bay Community Association Shift: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Sleep in, be home in time to watch the news.)

Why This Role Matters: You will be the heartbeat of our safety operations. From greeting guests at the gate to roving patrol through our beautiful neighborhoods, you ensure that Bonita Bay remains a secure, serene, and premier place to live.
A Day in the Life of a Patrol Officer:
- The Welcoming Committee: Control access to the property while greeting visitors with a wave and a smile; screening guests and vendors professionally.
- On the Move: Leave the desk behind part of your shift! You’ll provide 24-hour roving patrol, monitor traffic safety, and secure facilities in a company patrol car.
- Community Connector: Assist residents with inquiries or issues, give directions, and even manage our resident kayak/canoe-loan program.
- First Responder: Keep a cool head in emergencies, responding to alarms and coordinating with local authorities when necessary.
What You Bring to the Table:
- The Basics: You are 18 , have a valid FL Driver’s License, and are comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Communication: You speak, read, and write English clearly and can de-escalate situations with composure.
- Agility: You are physically active—able to walk, stand, sit, and lift up to 45 pounds, and work in the beautiful Florida weather (rain or shine! day or night) for extended periods.
- Flexibility: You have open availability, including at least one weekend day.
