Bonin Architects & Associates, an award-winning and growing firm with offices in Meredith and New London, New Hampshire, and Woodstock, Vermont, is seeking an Architectural Designer/Drafter for a full-time position based in our New London office.
The ideal candidate will hold a professional degree in architecture, design, or a related field, with an emphasis in residential architecture or construction, or have 4 years of related experience. Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office is required, and experience with Twinmotion is a plus. Applicants should be able to read, analyze, and interpret sketches and technical information to develop thoughtful, buildable designs. We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities include design, drafting, modeling, and rendering for residential and select commercial projects under the direction of the Principal Architect, Project Managers, and senior staff. The role also includes participation in client and site meetings, material sourcing, field reporting, time tracking, correspondence, and other project-specific and office-related tasks. This position offers opportunities for professional growth into a Project Management role, and the firm actively supports the pursuit of architectural licensure.
