Provide a variety of parent involvement opportunities including parent meetings, parent trainings, parent volunteer opportunities and home visits. Build on parent and family strengths and support families in setting goals and working toward family goals. Establish positive, ongoing, and goal-oriented relationships with families in order to promote family engagement.

- Responsible for Case management of families
- Coordinate parent involvement opportunities
- Promote leadership skills and abilities of parents
- Must be able to carry out written and oral instructions
- Have the ability to maintain accurate records both manually and electronically
- Develop good rapport with parents, community leaders and fellow workers
- Link families to community providers
- Support families to develop skills needed to achieve their goals
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Social work or closely related field
- Bilingual preferred
- Begin March 23, 2026

- CL4 - BISD Clerical (Non-Exempt); minimum pay starts at $37,000
- BISD pays $325.00 towards medical premium
