Position Summary:
Bongards is looking for an energetic, motivated and dedicated individual to join our maintenance team.
Job Duties:
- Inspects and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Dismantles and reassembles defective machines and equipment. Installs new or repaired parts.
- Assembles, installs, or repairs pipe systems for hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Records repairs made and maintains inventory guidelines.
- Cleans, lubricates shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of machinery.
- Performs preventative maintenance checks as scheduled.
- Must report all Food Safety and quality concerns to immediate supervisor or their designated replacement.
- Must follow all GMP's and Safety guidelines.
- All other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead person.
Minimum requirements:
- Must have previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting or production environment.
- Able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hi-speed manufacturing and production equipment.
Physical Capabilities:
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally
- May spend long periods of time standing.

Salary : $32 - $34
