What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator - Night Shift Openings position at Bongards' Creameries?
Bongards Creameries is looking for a few hard-working and dedicated individuals to join our team on the Night Shift at our facility near Norwood Young America, MN. Starting pay is 25.30 an hour plus shift differential, additionally, you would receive a $1000 sign-on bonus in two payments, one at sixty days and another at a hundred and twenty days. These are overnight shifts, working from 5 pm to 5 am, working either three or four nights a week. You would work every other weekend. Good Attendance is crucial.
Position Summary:
Bongards is looking for energetic, motivated and dedicated individuals to join our production team as Machine Operators.
Job Duties:
- Must be able to learn and perform safely specific assigned position.
- Must report all food safety and quality concerns to immediate supervisor or their designated replacement.
- Will perform sanitation duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- All other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead person.
Other Requirements:
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to read and follow written instructions.
- Must adhere to and follow all Safety, GMP, and other quality guidelines.
Physical Capabilities:
- Must be able to lift up to a maximum of 45 pounds
- Must be able to lift and carry frequently 40 pounds.
