The Role
The Procurement Coordinator supports the Spec & Procurement Manager by executing purchase orders, tracking vendor commitments, and maintaining ERP discipline. This is an execution-focused role designed to increase throughput and accuracy as volume grows.

We are only interested in candidates with direct experience in construction, real estate development, or design-driven residential projects, specifically in categories like:
- Flooring & tile
- Countertops & stone
- Decorative lighting
- Finish materials
If you have not worked directly with construction budgets, trade vendors, or specification-driven procurement, this role will not be a fit.
What You’ll Do
- Issue and track purchase orders
- Coordinate vendor confirmations, lead times, and delivery schedules
- Maintain SKU, vendor, and pricing data in ERP
- Support invoice matching and job cost allocation
- Flag discrepancies or risks early
- Assist with vendor communication and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years experience in purchasing, procurement, or operations
- Strong organizational skills
- ERP experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Comfortable working under direction in a structured environment
