Two years of coffee experience is necessary, and previous management experience is preferred.

Day-to-day tasks would include upholding the highest standards of quality and service in the industry, continually improving the customer experience. Handle both guest and staff complaints/issues in a timely and appropriate manner. Develop our baristas’ knowledge of customer service techniques and ordering, as well as their ability to work behind the bar for 2-4 shifts a week, ensuring the cafe runs smoothly. Makes sure the café vibe is always full of energy and positivity through music, employee energy, and quality of work
