We are leveraging hundreds of customers and signed distribution deals to rapidly become the market leader.We're hiring a Founding Sales & Partnerships Lead to make it all feel inevitable.Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for a Founding Sales & Partnerships Lead who will own the demand side of Bonfiire — bringing in the customers and partners that fill our venues and validate our market leadership. Your zone of brilliance is finding the right buyer, building the right relationship, and closing. You know how to run the train while you lay down the train tracks. You're designed for speed (of shipping, learning, iterating, and delivering), hard work, and curiosity.This is an ownership role. You're not working someone else's pipeline — you're building it.What You'll OwnCustomer acquisition: Find and close the companies and individuals who need Bonfiire to run their most important in-person moments.Strategic partnerships: Identify and develop distribution partnerships that bring demand at scale.The playbook: Figure out what works, document it, and build a repeatable motion that can be handed off and scaled.The feedback loop: Stay close enough to customers to bring back what you're hearing and shape the product.What We're Looking ForValues You're at the point in your career where you want to take a big swing to impact millions and change the world by bringing humans closer together during the isolated AI age. You're hard working, creative, curious, and ethical.Abilities You're a closer who also thinks in systems. You can run a full sales cycle solo and then build the infrastructure so the next hire doesn't have to figure it out from scratch. You listen well, communicate clearly, and know that the best deals start with genuine relationships.Skills You've done this before — at least some version of it. You know how to sell and how to partner. You're already using AI to go faster. Your track record speaks for itself — in pipeline built and deals closed.5 days/week in our Palo Alto office. OPT support available; not currently sponsoring H1B.
