You'll blend design sensibility with engineering precision to build interactions that raise the bar for what users expect from enterprise software.What You'll OwnBuild Fluid, Dynamic InterfacesCreate interfaces that feel alive—smooth transitions, micro-interactions, and responsive animations that guide users naturally through complex workflows. You'll use modern techniques like CSS-driven animations, gesture-based interactions, and declarative UI patterns to build experiences that feel native and intuitive across web and mobile.Ship Products That DelightOwn the entire front-end experience from concept to production. Work directly with design and product teams to translate wireframes and specs into polished, pixel-perfect implementations. But don't just execute—elevate. You'll ship interactions they didn't even imagine were possible.Raise the Engineering BarBuild with modern frameworks (React, TypeScript) and design systems that scale. Write clean, maintainable code that other engineers want to work with. Establish patterns and practices that make the entire team faster and better.Collaborate Across DisciplinesWork closely with designers to understand intent and push their ideas further. Partner with backend engineers to ensure seamless data flow. Coordinate with native app developers to maintain interaction consistency across platforms.Move Fast Ship features faster than most people think possible—but with attention to detail and low bug rates.
