Responsibilities:
- Hold department meetings as necessary.
- Provide customer service, Nexstar, and technical training.
- Follow and encourage all team members to adhere to Bonfe processes and structures.
- Maintain daily numbers and performance logs.
- Participate in the On-Call rotation.
- Review prior day’s numbers.
- Participate in the daily Operations huddle.
- Identify and implement coaching plans as needed.
- Participate in the recruiting, hiring, and disciplinary processes.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Management experience is required.
- Understanding of project management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems.
- Must be extremely organized, highly motivated self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and tactical skills.
- Must be able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Great analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional service orientation.
- Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
