- $35-40/hr. STARTING WAGE monthly bonus incentive pay-Our top performers are among the highest paid in the Twin Cities. You’ll have unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform scheduled maintenance and DOT inspections on fleet vehicles and service diesel-powered equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues across multiple trades’ equipment
- Coordinate repairs with department managers to reduce downtime and keep operations running smoothly
- Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns and field service requests
- Maintain accurate service records, logs, and inventory for tools and parts
- Keep Bonfe’s equipment and shop tools safe, calibrated, and ready for action
What We’re Looking For:
- DOT Certification required with a valid CDL strongly preferred
- 3 years of diesel maintenance experience—bonus if it includes service vehicle or utility fleet work
- Master problem-solver who knows their way around hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Organized and dependable with a proactive, safety-first mindset
- Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs. and working outdoors in varying conditions
