What You’ll Do:

• Work alongside licensed electricians on installation, maintenance, and repair of residential electrical systems.
• Learn how to read blueprints, run tools, pull wire, and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized.
• Provide friendly, professional service to every customer—every time.
• Attend classroom and on-the-job training to meet apprenticeship requirements.

What You'll Bring:

• Customer-focused mindset – You love helping people and making their day better.
• At least three years of electrical apprenticeship hours logged with the state of MN.
• Willingness to learn the electrical trade and follow proven processes.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
