What are the responsibilities and job description for the FINE DINING BROIL COOK position at Bones Restaurant?

We are currently hiring an experienced Broil Cook. This is a full time PM position. Must have at least 2 years experience working in a fast paced, fine dining environment. Preferably more than 4.
