What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapy Receptionist position at Bone and Joint Clinic?
We are looking for the right candidate. While previous medical experience is preferred, it is NOT required if you are the right fit. We are willing to train you as long as you are willing to learn.
We offer a 6 month retention bonus of $1,000!
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, analytical, highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Enjoys working independently and in a collaborative team environment. Our practice is fast-paced with multiple Doctors. Knowledge of ICD 10 coding, EHR and computer skills desired. Previous experience with SRS and Athena plus.
Responsibilities Include:
-Greeting patients in a warm and friendly manner
-Intake duties
-Collecting co-pays, deductibles and past due balances
-Answering the phones and making appointments
-Following up with no-shows
-Posting charges for office visits
-Additional front office duties
Experience:
Previous receptionist/physical therapy office experience and customer service experience
