We are looking for a full-time Medical Scribe to join our Orthopedic team! Previous experience as a Medical Assistant, Athletic, or Medical Transcriptionist is preferred. If you enjoy working collaboratively with a team, are good with a computer, and have excellent organization and customer service skills, this is the position for you!

We currently have offices in Rib Mountain, Wausau, Merrill, Medford, and Plover to service much of central Wisconsin. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEDICAL SCRIBE
Working as a Medical Scribe in Orthopedics will give you the opportunity to work with Orthopedic providers in a fast-paced environment to improve the lives of our patients. Don't fear the unknown. Our training is thorough, and we check in routinely to keep your learning moving in the right direction! Primarily you will be accurately and timely charting patient history, physical exams, diagnostic findings, lab and test results, consultations with other providers, diagnoses, orders, follow up treatment and/or instructions, prescriptions, and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MEDICAL SCRIBE

High school diploma or equivalent

Education or experience in Medical Assisting, Athletic Training, or Medical Transcribing

Valid Driver's License
WORK SCHEDULE
Clinics are open Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 5:00PM. Staff manage their 40 hours over the 5 days.
