In this high-impact role, you'll oversee a team of 60 medical professionals, including physicians and advanced practice providers, driving operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and strategic growth. You'll collaborate closely with leadership to shape the future of our clinics-ensuring top-tier care, regulatory compliance, and efficient, patient-centered operations.
💼 What You'll Do:
- Lead clinical and ancillary operations across multiple outpatient sites; jumping in to help when needed
- Optimize provider schedules, patient flow, and financial performance
- Drive quality care initiatives, including MIPS and patient satisfaction programs
- Develop and implement clinic-specific policies and workflows
- Collaborate on strategic planning, expansion, and facility management
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
🎯 What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (Healthcare, Business, or Clinical)
- 7 years of progressive leadership in clinical operations
- Proven success in managing multi-site healthcare teams
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare compliance
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
