Position Overview
BondPro™ is seeking a highly driven, field-based Key Account Sales Representative to lead retail expansion across Florida, with a strong focus on hardware, home improvement, construction supply, and independent retail stores.
This role is responsible for securing new retail accounts, executing in-store sales, and driving initial product placement across independently owned stores, regional chains, and larger retail groups including Ace Hardware locations.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable walking into stores, pitching, and closing on the spot.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit retail stores across assigned Florida territory (hardware, paint, building supply, farm & ranch, etc.)
- Pitch and close initial product placements (target: 5 cases per store)
- Build relationships with store owners, managers, and regional operators
- Target and secure multi-store deals with ownership groups and chains
- Execute in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Manage pipeline of prospects and follow up for reorders
- Provide market feedback on pricing, competition, and sell-through
- Coordinate with internal team on fulfillment and restocking

Sales Objective

- Drive strong initial order volume and establish repeat accounts
- Expand from single-store wins into multi-location partnerships
- Build long-term relationships that generate consistent reorders

Compensation (Tiered Commission Structure)
Commission on Sales Revenue:
- 0–50 stores opened → 10% commission
- 51–150 stores opened → 13% commission
- 150 stores opened → 15% commission
Bonuses:
- $500 bonus at every 25-store milestone
- $2,000 bonus at 100 stores
Additional Notes:
- Commission paid on collected revenue
- Performance-based growth opportunity into regional or national role

- Proven sales ability (retail, field sales, or B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and closing skills
