Who We Are:
At Bondoc Roofing, we help homeowners get insurance-covered roofs after storm damage. Most people don’t know they qualify — and that’s where you come in. You’ll meet with homeowners, complete simple roof inspections, and help walk them through the process to secure coverage and repairs. Get paid to climb rooftops and fly drones.
We are not your typical “sales bro” company. Most of our best reps started out as:
- Servers and bartenders
- Teachers and coaches
- Stay-at-home parents returning to work
- People stuck in low-ceiling 9–5 jobs
We’re real people, not unicorns. You don’t need roofing experience — you just need drive, people skills, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Make:
You’ll earn commission per job sold (most jobs are partially or fully covered by insurance). That means:
- $1,000 for the first week of training
- $500 / $500 for the rest of training (11 weeks)
- Most reps earn $65K–$115K per year
- First contract signed can happen within 1–2 weeks
- You’re paid weekly for contracts that close
This is not a “get rich quick” job — but if you show up and follow the process, you can earn more than most college grads in your first year.
Schedule & Structure:
- Full-time (weekdays Saturday availability)
- In-person training (sales-focused, no ride-alongs)
- Leads provided warm referral strategy
- Door knock sales
What You Need:
- Confidence to talk to people face to face
- To be teachable, tech-savvy, and motivated
- Be competitive in a fun, healthy way (we like winners here)
- Ability to walk neighborhoods and inspect roofs (we’ll teach you)
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
- Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods (we train you)
- Do 10–15 min inspections (from the roof)
- Take photos, make notes, and close the deal
- Help homeowners file simple insurance claims
- Build real relationships
- Hand off the rest to our production team
- Represent the Bondoc brand like a pro
