Full-Time | 10-7pm, Monday-Friday & some Saturdays | Local Territory
Who We Are:
At Bondoc Roofing, we help homeowners get insurance-covered roofs after storm damage. Most don’t know they qualify — that’s where you come in. You’ll meet with homeowners, complete simple inspections, and guide them through the process. We specialize in roofing and home improvement — and yes, you’ll climb roofs and fly drones.
Earn your first commission in under 3 weeks. Most reps make $65K–$100K their first year — top performers earn more.
What You’ll Make:
This role starts as a 1099 position with uncapped commission — meaning your income is directly tied to your effort and performance.
As positions become available, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a full-time W2 role with added benefits.
That includes:

Schedule & Structure:
- Full-time (Monday–Friday, some Saturdays)
- In-office and in-field training
- No roofing or sales experience required — we teach you everything
- Door-to-door, in-home sales with growth potential
What You Need:
- Comfortable walking neighborhoods, climbing roofs, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Hustle mindset, not afraid of heights
- Love commission checks that reflect performance
- Be a true closer who enjoys winning deals

- Reliable transportation during training
- Valid driver's license and clean record
What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
- Knocking targeted neighborhoods
- Meeting homeowners (coffee & donuts included ☕🍩)
- Hitting KPIs — we run a leaderboard and reward winners
- Heavy face-time with potential customers
- Attending Home & Garden shows and company events
