Most beer brands play it safe. We don't.
Bondi Beer is bringing a fresh Australian perspective to the U.S. — from our iconic Australian Lager to our Hard Ginger Beer, with more wild brews on the way. We're building a premium lifestyle beer brand from the ground up, and we're looking for someone to be the face of it in Tampa and St. Pete.
This is the job for someone who loves people, lives for hospitality, and wants a hand in building a consumer brand before everyone's heard of it.
What you'll do
Be the face of Bondi in market. You'll run tastings and launch nights, show up big at festivals and events, and build real relationships with the bars, restaurants and retailers that matter. You'll keep our key accounts looking sharp, train bartenders on the range, drop stock to priority accounts when they need it, and feed the sales team the market intel they can't get from a desk.
Who we're looking for
Outgoing. Energetic. A sharp communicator who's reliable and self-motivated. You love beer, hospitality and consumer brands. You can work evenings and weekends when the events call for it, you've got a valid license and a reliable vehicle, and you're comfortable moving cases and POS materials (up to ~40 lbs). Hospitality, beverage, promo or sales experience is a plus — not a must.
The deal
· $25–30/hour, based on experience
· ~20 hours/week, flexible — evenings weekends
· $250–500 monthly performance bonus
· IRS mileage reimbursement for all business travel
· Staff product allocation — Bondi's on us

· Room to grow into a sales or marketing role as Bondi expands
