BondExchange, a national wholesale insurance agency, is seeking a surety bond underwriter who will be based in its Charlotte office.
We are looking for motivated, hard-working, active thinkers who will contribute to our dynamic team. Our Underwriter position offers candidates the opportunity to learn our business from the ground up with a direct pipeline to contribute ideas to the management team. Rapid upward mobility is expected for high-performers with commensurate compensation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer support to insurance agents
- Servicing and renewing current policies
- Reviewing/developing internal processes
- Contributing to marketing strategies
Applicants should possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail and be enthusiastic about and focused on adding value, which includes learning and embracing our unique approach to the insurance business. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree, and insurance or customer service experience is preferred but not necessary.
