What You’ll Need to Succeed
- We’re looking for reliable, hands-on team players who are ready to grow with us. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse distribution environment
- The ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Comfort using hand tools like wrenches, screwdrivers, and drills
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely with non-motorized hand trucks
- Willingness to work above floor/ground level when needed
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling supply packets for our field technicians (gloves, staples, bags)
- Verifying, packing, and preparing air filters and frames for shipment
- Loading materials onto trucks and preparing shipping documentation
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, and restocking inventory
- Supporting other warehouse and production tasks as needed
