Objective:
The ChemGroup is looking to add to their team at our Columbus, Ohio, location.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Buyer in preparing Municipal Bids.
- BOL Administration which includes receiving, reviewing and uploading to shared database.
- Certificate of Analysis Administration which includes sending them to customers daily.
- Uploading supplier pricing notifications to shared database.
- Assisting and preparing rebate requests.
-Other tasks as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong communication and mathematical skills.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and accountable.
- Highly detailed organizational skills required for a fast paced, high-energy environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision at a high level of accuracy.
- Highly proficient in Excel and Outlook.
