Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various machines including stamping presses and press brake machines
- Fabricate parts according to specifications using CAD drawings
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards
- Assemble components using mechanical knowledge
- Use micrometers and other precision measuring instruments for accurate measurements
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in operating stamping press machines and press brake machines
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings for fabrication purposes
- Skilled in welding techniques for metal fabrication
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as micrometers
- Strong understanding of quality control processes
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintenance of machines
