What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate, Portfolio Management position at Bond Street REIT?
Bond Street Real Estate Investment Trust is seeking a highly driven Associate to join our team. Bond Street REIT is a private, perpetual life NAV REIT exclusively focused on open-air convenience retail in southeast markets. The firm is vertically integrated, with in-house capabilities across asset management, property management and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, enhance, and independently maintain sophisticated Excel-based financial models, including mark-to-market analyses, portfolio-level return models, and scenario-driven performance forecasts.
- Lead the development and management of corporate-level financial models to consolidate asset performance, aggregate cash flows, and support capital stack evaluations; oversee tranche-level roll-up analyses across entities and complex investment structures.
- Drive reporting deliverables by preparing asset-level updates.
- Aggregate, interpret, and synthesize financial and operational data to assess portfolio performance, identify trends, and evaluate risk.
- Prepare and refine consolidated debt schedules and maturity profiles across assets and legal entities, ensuring data integrity and analytical accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, investment committee materials, and high-priority ad hoc analyses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field
- 5 years of advanced modeling experience
- Experience in CRE industry and understanding of REIT structures strongly preferred
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Charleston, South Carolina.
