We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multi-location orthodontic practices across Northern California, supporting six partner doctors in the region. This highly collaborative role ensures operational excellence, business growth, and team development while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Regional Manager will be responsible for driving performance, implementing best practices, and leading teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership across multiple orthodontic practice locations, ensuring consistency in policies, procedures, and service excellence
- Partner with doctors to identify growth opportunities, enhance efficiencies, and implement business strategies
- Analyze key performance indicators, financial statements, and operational metrics to optimize practice performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop office managers and practice teams to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to patient care standards, operational compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with corporate teams, including human resources, marketing, finance, and clinical operations, to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of five years of multi-site management experience in the dental, orthodontic, healthcare, or multi-unit service industry
- Strong business acumen with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance metrics
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams in a multi-location environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with doctors, staff, and corporate stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and implement change initiatives successfully
